All items listed on the online store are available in store, Located in Burlington Ontario Canada, 70 Plains Road West Unit 5

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any return shipping costs are NOT covered by us.

Each item has a certain set of prerequisites that must all be met in order to return said item. Returned items must be in their original Packaging, unused and not open. Tennis ball cases (12, 24 pack) are exempt from free shipping.
No Credits or exchanges on Clearance Items (discounted 40% or more), strung racquets, damaged product.
