Demo Program

In-Store Demo Program

• Takeout up to a maximum of 3 racquets/Paddles at a time for 7 Days (3 total, not of each)
• It is a $10 charge per Racquet (Max of 3 racquets at one time)
• Demo fees will be credited towards a purchase of new Tennis frame or Pickleball Paddle

Apply up to a maximum of $60 credit in demo credits towards a purchase of a new tennis racquet or Pickleball Paddle (within 60 days from first demo date).

Demo credits cannot be redeemed on any other items in store (String, Balls, Clothes, ETC). Credits can only be used on Racquets and Paddles.

Each customer must provide a credit card, Phone number, and Name (Visa Debit card not accepted)

For each day late a $3 non-refundable fee per racquet will be charged to your account. (this fee does not go towards $60 credit for purchase of a racquet or paddle)

Demo availability is on first-come, first-serve basis

If the racquet(s) are not returned after 14 days, the full price for each racquet will be charged to your account, Plus Stringing and labour. This charge is non-refundable

Racquets must be returned in the same condition they were loaned.

All demos must be strung by Just Tennis only. If a string breaks do NOT remove broken strings from demo racquet. If The strings are removed or replaced you will be charged for Stringing and labour of the Demo.

Customers will not be charged for broken strings that occur during the demo period. As long as guidelines listed above are followed.

Just Tennis reserves the right to refuse our demo service at any time.

DEMO RACQUETS/PADDLES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

Any of the frames/paddles listed on the website or in store are available to demo on first come first-serve basis.

We do not offer an online demo program. In Store only.
